Limassol
Our client, an IT Solutions Provider in Limassol, is looking to recruit an Inhouse Lawyer.
Responsibilities:
Preparation and revision of agreements, corporate and other legal documentation of the Group
Support of legal verification of documents
Drafting of various agreement and contracts
Maintaining the legal files of the Company
Updating the Company's GDPR policies and procedures
Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
Negotiate deals and attend Company meetings
Represent the Company in legal proceedings (administrative boards, meetings etc.)
Research, anticipate and guard Company against legal risks
Other specific tasks assigned by the Management of the Company
Requirements:
Master's degree with a specialization in Commercial and Company Law (English universities or University of Cyprus)
Fluency in English
Russian languages at a professional level will be an advantage
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in legal position, preferably with an international Company
Experience with Intellectual Property law (trademark and patent registration) will be considered as an advantage
Strong legal writing and contracts drafting skills
Attention to detail
Strong organization and communication Skills
The working hours are Monday - Friday from 9am till 6pm (lunch break from 1pm - 2pm)
