For our client, a Global Retail provider, we are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join and lead the Limassol team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
To act as the company's local representative towards third parties and other public companies
To ensure that all company's legal and health & safety guidelines are followed in all areas of responsibility at all times
To ensure that all team members in the area of responsibility are aware and follow all internal policies, procedures and guidelines, the operating routines as intended, and providing the necessary feedback to the routine owner when a procedure is not applicable
To ensure that all procedures are followed at all times
To participate in the customer service of visitors
To ensure that the team members under responsibility are well trained by identifying and agreeing with the store HR the development needs of all team members as well as prepare and follow-up the relevant team members' development plan
To monitor on a monthly basis the budgeted operating and staff expenses (all P&L elements) in the area of responsibility suggesting initiatives for their containment as well as the applicable KPI's on a weekly basis
To promote teamwork and accountability, acting as a role model towards the company's values, demonstrating the correct behavior in every situation
To demonstrate and promote customer focus at all times
To select competent professionals as well as develop the team to achieve the company's objectives
To ensure smooth operation of warehouse
To ensure store's commerciality for all sales areas under responsibility
To ensure that the Planning Studio is clean and tidy at all times creating a friendly environment to welcome guests
To ensure the smooth operation of all the Departments and Sections of the Store.
To secure outstanding customer service to all visitors
Qualifications:
University degree holder in relevant field
Computer literate
Fluent in English and Greek language
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in Sales or Customer Service, as head of a department with at least 5 subordinates, preferable in the retail sector.
