Our client, a Regulated Forex Company with a comfortable office in the city center in Limassol, is looking to hire a Swedish-speaking Call Monitoring Officer.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring recorded calls on daily basis
Provides feedback data to management in structured report form
Quality Assurance Performance
Quantity/Deadlines
Requirements:
Fluent in Swedish, both oral and written
Writing proficiency in English
Experience in report preparation
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs - Excel/Word
Great listener with attention to details
Critical thinker
Effectively prioritize urgent cases/multi-task in fast-paced team environment
Previous experience in same role will be considered as an advantage
Fast typing skills will be considered as an advantage.
The working hours are 09:00 -18:00 Monday - Friday
