Job Description
Our client is a CySEC licensed, fast-growing investment firm with offices in Limassol and Paphos. They are currently looking for a French speaker that will take the role of Conversion Agent to grow their team in Limassol
The successful candidate will be a native/fluent French speaker with good knowledge of English, have experience in the financial markets industry within the sales field, and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads and develop them into clients of the company
- Make welcome calls and follow-up calls to new clients
- Communicate marketing promotions to clients
- Provide training about the company's platform and about financial markets to clients

Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales role would be considered an advantage
- Previous experience in the financial markets industry
- Native/Fluent in French and English and excellent communication skills
- Result oriented and self-motivated person

- Eager to learn new things fast and to have regular training.

- Strong networking capability
- Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business
- Cysec’s Advanced or Basic Certification will be considered an advantage
