They are seeking to recruit a Virtual Sales Representative to join our team based in Limassol, Cyprus. The successful candidate must have a good understanding of environmental issues and be fluent in both Greek and English.
Job Responsibilities
- Service existing clients, obtain orders and establish new clients
- Maintaining contact with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Informing clients of any new products and promotions that the company is offering
- Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature
- Knowledge of the company’s products
- Assisting with past due invoices
- Enhancing brand awareness
- Meeting company core values on a daily basis
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Greek, verbal and written
- Good knowledge of environmental issues (impacts of climate change and plastic pollution)
- Excellent communication skills (over the phone, one-on-one and in writing)
