Limassol
Our client is a well-established CySEC regulated CFD and Forex Broker and they are looking to hire an experienced Senior Compliance Officer to join their team based in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
Assessing and ongoing monitoring of the constant compliance of the company with all applicable regulatory and legislative provisions;
Managing day-to day operations of the AML/CFT function, including regular monitoring and assessment of the effective implementation of the internal AML/CFT policies and procedures;
Managing the Compliance team/department;
Monitoring the adequacy and effectiveness of the AML/CFT measures and procedures of the Company and providing advice to the Management on necessary actions to be taken;
Preparing the training and educational materials for the training of different departments with respect to the Compliance/ AML/CFT requirements as per the provisions of the applicable Law and relevant directives, regulations and guidelines;
Ensuring that the company continues to remain in compliance with CySEC's regulations;
Providing assistance to the Management for all compliance related matters;
Work closely with all departments to ensure continued compliance in all levels of the organization;
Keeping up to date with regulatory requirements and guidelines and assisting with updating company procedures and polices where necessary, to ensure continued compliance;
Reviewing, approving, and monitoring marketing communication, materials and publications for compliance with regulations;
Producing and submitting compliance reports to CySEC;
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Senior Compliance Officer - at least 2 years
Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or any other related field
Advanced CySEC and AML Certifications are must
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Has the ability to multi task, work under pressure and with strict deadlines.
