Limassol
Our client, a fast-growing property development company in Cyprus, is expanding and is therefore looking for a Quantity Surveyor for their office in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
Payment Certificates
Certification of subcontractor valuations and final accounts
Gather and analyze data to estimate the amount of money, time, materials, and labor required to complete a construction project
Provide realistic estimates of the extra works required by the client
Preparing and presenting extra works cost reports for the Project Managers
Collaborating with Site Managers / Project Managers.
Using computer software to calculate cost estimates
Consult with subcontractors, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction managers to discuss and formulate estimates
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying
Fluent English and Greek skills
Demonstrated organizational skills
In-depth understanding of construction procedures and project management principles
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Strong computer skills: MS Office, AutoCad, MS Project
Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
Good interpersonal, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
EU-citizenship
The working hours are 08.00 - 17.00
