CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading provider of trading and investment services with regional offices in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a CRM Executive to join their expanding team. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with the CRM Manager to execute the CRM roadmap across the company and its associated brands. A minimum of 2+ years of relevant working experience in a dedicated CRM role is a must as well as outstanding communication skills in English.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the CRM Manager to execute the CRM roadmap across Markets.com and associated brands.
- Become a systems expert and CRM champion of the platforms we use, including but not limited to Solitics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAS VA and Tableau.
- Design and imagine customer journeys and triggered automations across multiple channels including email, mobile, SMS, in-platform and new tools we onboard.
- Take ownership of exciting projects and campaigns to demonstrate your expertise, whilst remaining accountable to key deadlines set by our stakeholders.
- Plan, execute and schedule multi-channel campaigns with keen focus on our KPIs to drive positive customer experience and outcomes.
- Use analytics tools to review our ongoing performance across campaigns and initiatives to effectively monetise our activity and tell stories through data.
- Providing solutions to specific requirements and appropriately troubleshooting issues that can appear across our digital channels.
- Play a key role in adding value to CRM strategy in areas such as optimisation, AB tests and next best action.
- Be able to work in an agile manner where business requirements can shift priorities suddenly to ensure we service regulatory or other types of requests.
- Build strong relationships across the business to ensure CRM are listening to all voices across marketing, technology, client services, commercial and compliance.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 2/3 years’ experience working in a dedicated CRM role (financial desirable).
- University degree or equivalent qualification (marketing, digital, management desirable).
- Previous successes working with a major CRM platform e.g Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot.
- Experience using reporting software to drive value in CRM e.g Tableau.
- Demonstrable knowledge of HTML and CSS (desirable but not essential).
- Ability to present your findings and ideas across other departments.
- Can do attitude to be self-motivated and to have the ability to work around challenges.
