CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading provider of trading and investment services with regional offices in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Head of Affiliate Managers to join their expanding team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant must have extensive, previous experience as an Affiliate Manager within the Forex industry and speak an excellent level of fluent English.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manages and monitor affiliate managers.
- Builds and maintain customer relationships in order to understand their needs and business priorities.
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain existing affiliates and acquire new ones.
- Manage business negotiations with customers.
- Discovers new strategies and potential partnerships
- Builds marketing strategies around key time frames
- Coordinates marketing department with affiliates to implement marketing campaigns targeted at attracting new affiliates and leads.
- Coordinates each affiliate and maintain open communication with them on the day-to-day issues.
- Recommends process improvements to increase revenue targets.
- Sets marketing and sales goals to achieve revenue growth.
- Develops business strategies to improve affiliate program.
- Stays current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities.
- Work with management team to execute and close new affiliate deals.
- Communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Prior experience in a similar position in the Forex industry is a must.
- Advanced level of English.
- Strong sales, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Dedicated to working hard and taking on responsibilities.
- Highly motivated and result oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong marketing and promotional background.
- BA degree preferred.
