Our client is a group of companies providing a full range of development services for the construction industry from project development to its implementation and they are currently recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor.
Duties:
Preparation / monitoring of budgets.
Quantity measurements and preparation of quantity sheets.
Bid preparation / evaluation and costing.
Monitoring of work performance, interim certificates and final project accounts.
Control and evaluation of changes and requirements of contractors.
Preparation of reports / reports / statements / expenditures / budgets.
Qualifications:
Quantity Surveyors or Civil Engineer Degree
Member of ETEK.
3-year professional experience.
Knowledge of Programs: Autocad, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
Additional program knowledge: Microsoft Project and Archicad
Very good knowledge of Greek and English languages.
Russian language will be an additional qualification
Ability to work individually and in groups.
Salary and benefits:

Working hours:
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
