On behalf of our client a renown real estate and constrictions company we are looking for an office administrator that will be ambitious to grow and advance within the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing day to day processes of the smooth office operation
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping
- Communication with clients and associates
- Maintaining office to standards
- Accompanying the director to meetings and construction sites
- Organising the calendars
Job Requirements
- Attention to detail
- Fluency in Greek and English (Russian would be an advantage)
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and high level of responsibility
- Good computer skills
- No visa/work permit problems (EU citizens only).
