Our client is a Games Developer for mobile platforms currently looking to recruit an experienced User Acquisition Manager to join the team in their Nicosia offices.

Purpose of role:
As the User Acquisition Manager, you will focus on marketing actions to drive customer acquisition for the company and you will be responsible for advertising on performance UA channels and optimizing to reach the target return on investment.
Your responsibilities include:
Plan, execute, and analyze user acquisition campaigns across performance UA channels
Optimize campaigns based on ROAS and LTV
Discuss with game teams about the results and planned actions
Work closely with the Marketing Team and Engineers to execute coordinated strategic campaigns.
Communicate clearly to management the plans, status, challenges to meeting objectives
Qualifications:
2+ years' experience managing marketing or UA campaigns, preferably in games or mobile
Passionate about gaming and media
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required, conflict resolution skills a plus
Ability to work effectively and accurately under pressure
Detail-oriented, organized, and highly-motivated
Data analysis experience using Excel or similar tools
Strong Facebook experience.
Salary and benefits:
Up to 48 000 Euros gross annually
Flexible working hours 8:00/9:00 - 16:30/17:30 with a minimum of 30 minutes lunch break.
25 days annual leave
Yearly Bonus after 1 year of working in the company, not based on performance.
Annual Reviews with promotions based on performance ( salary promotions given to people after 1 year of working in the company.)
Remote work /work from home.
