Job Description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a large, International Group of Companies, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Corporate Administrator to join their expanding team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will possess 2+ years of relevant corporate administration experience and speak an excellent level of fluent English. Additional language skills in Russian and/or Greek will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 

  • Dealing with the day-to-day administration of the Group of Companies, (Cyprus, UK, Latvia, USA, Russia, China, HK, etc...).
  • Coordinating workflows with other departments of the company.
  • Preparation of mandatory documentation for the incorporation and liquidation of the companies.
  • Liaising with the Secretary / Agents / Insurance Companies / Auditors of the Group of Companies and other external consultants on various corporate and banking matters.
  • Opening and maintaining bank accounts with local and foreign banks for the Companies Group, communications with the banks regarding various matters.
  • Preparation of resolutions/minutes, PoAs and other internal documentation/agreements for the Group of Companies.
  • Preparation and submission of documents to the authorities (Tax Office, Social Insurance, CRMD, Notary Public, Registrar of Companies).
  • Maintenance of various registers/a database of documentation: corporate registers, agreements, PoA, Resolutions, Minutes, Trademarks, subscriptions, etc.

 
Key Skills/Experience:
 

  • Relevant experience (2-3 years) in Corporate Administration.
  • Knowledge of Cyprus Corporate Governance and basic tax legislation
  • A legal/law background will be considered an advantage
  • Fluent in English (written and oral), Russian and/or Greek are very desirable.
  • A proficient user of Microsoft Office
  • Very strong administrative/organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail with regards to papers and processes.
