CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading distributer and service provider of Information Technology-related products and services, we are seeking to recruit a Retail Sales Manager to join their expanding team based in Limassol. The successful applicant must have proven sales and business development background, ideally from the Information Technology and/or Telecommunications sector and have a strong understanding and awareness of the Retail sector in Cyprus. Fluency in both Greek and English is a must.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Analyze the behavior and needs of the clients (retailers) and monitor opportunities to increase sales.
- Maintain relationship with clients/partners via email, phone and meetings on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Collect information and feedback from clients.
- Monitor the availability of products with each partner on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Identify new clients with a view to generating new business and therefore revenue.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Proven sales skills, willingness to achieve assigned revenue and profit targets.
- Strong analytical, planning, negotiation, and execution skills.
- Experience in Retail segment with a demonstrable (proven) track record of developing strong relationships with customers.
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Retail market understanding, experience, and ability to deliver new and effective business opportunities for the Company.
- IT literacy - including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English and Greek.
