Our client is a leading provider of online foreign exchange (forex) trading, CFD trading and spread betting and they are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join their team based in Nicosia.
As an Affiliate Marketing Manager you will have the opportunity to help grow the affiliate program of one of the industry's most established and well known brokerages. As an experienced affiliate marketing manager with an established book of business, the role will focus on the recruitment and growth of affiliate partners across key markets.
Responsibilities:
Source and recruit new affiliates
Maintain and optimize existing affiliate relationships
Maintain and monitor affiliate programs and activities
Search for traffic brokers and negotiate with them to cooperate with our affiliate program on our condition
Requirements:
English at a professional level (written and verbal). Other languages a bonus
1+ year(s) as an Affiliate Manager (ideally with an established broker )
Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels
Highly organized, strategic and execution focused, with ability to multi-task
Ability to operate independently and to meet established deadlines with an exceptional attention to detail
Proven ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects and frequent reporting
Able to take accountability and pride in quality of work
Creative thinker, with technological knowledge and deep business understanding
Ability to collaborate with and influence both internal and external partners
Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, positive attitude, drive and collaborative spirit
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
