Limassol
Our client is an ASP Service Provider to the FX industry and they are looking for a committed Office Administrator to join their team in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
Manage and operate the front desk reception.
Be the first person clients, visitors meet.
Support finance department by requesting and processing invoices, financial documents and make necessary reports
General Office Maintenance and upkeep
Assist other departments with necessary Administration work
Ad hoc administration work
Requirements:
Relevant academic degree will be considered an advantage
Previous experience in a similar role
Fluent in both Greek & English
Working Hours:
Monday- Friday 9am- 6pm.
