We are looking to hire a Turkish Affiliate Manager to join our successful and dynamic team in Limassol. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and being a member of a goal-oriented team, then you are fit for the role!
Job Responsibilities
- Searching and identifying potential affiliates
- Performing various marketing activities to promote partner program (on social media, forums, etc)
- Adding info on partner program to affiliate directories
- Ongoing communication with clients and partners (replying to e-mails, follow-ups)
- Monitoring of partner activities and performance
- Identifying new active partners, potential opportunities to co-marketing, case studies, etc
- Monitoring affiliate activity to ensure affiliate compliance with company policies and brand guidelines in all online channels
- Making sure everything is tracked correctly
- Paying affiliates
Job Requirements
- Fluent in Turkish and English
- Strong negotiation, analytical and implementation skills
- Well versed in e-commerce practices and networking
- Excellent marketing and promotional background
- An understanding of Affiliate Commission Schemes
- The ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet requirements for timeliness and accuracy
- Experience in Forex or online gaming affiliation is a plus
- Reliable, with integrity of character and strong business acumen
- Flexibility to work in a multicultural environment
- Excellent people management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic, innovative and target oriented
- Strong computer literacy
