Job Description
Our client is a fast-growing investment firm with offices in Limassol. They are currently looking to grow their Retention team and they’re looking for English speakers for the Retention Officer role.
The successful candidate will be Native/Fluent in English and they will have experience in a similar role for a minimum of six months.
Job Responsibilities
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to clients’ accounts;
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Arrange meetings, mainly remotely, with clients to educate, serve, update and ultimately upsell traders.
- Promoting the Company's products and services
Requirements
