Our client is a CySEC licensed forex broker looking to hire a Brokerage Executive with experience in the forex industry for their offices in Limassol.

Job Duties/Responsibilities
Obtaining FX pricing from Liquidity providers and execute client trades
Responsible to run complex reporting as required by company management
Interacting with Liquidity providers and aggregators to obtain best pricing and execution for the company and its clients
Quoting, confirming and transmitting client trades in line with company's policy and procedures
Providing an overview of all relevant market activity to the investment team
Keeping up to date with market information and monitoring trends in all major currency pairings
Updating colleagues and supporting colleagues from other departments
Best Execution assurance
Manage business critical real-time trading systems in order to identify issues and problem areas;
Ensure the smooth running of the firm's trading and execution systems using in-house proprietary software applications and tools;
Partner with IT on systems enhancements in terms of an automatic monitoring solutions;
Providing dedicated real time support to front office (sales) in terms of questions and requests;
Implement new systems and configuration updates for the purpose of trading operations, risk management and new markets/product launches;
Testing of software releases, upgrades and applications as part of the trading system;
Assisting in the training of relevant staff to ensure continuing competence in accordance with the CySEC regulation;
Assisting with reconciliations, fund and balance settlements on accounts at the end of the day;
Troubleshooting a variety of trading issues and liaising with appropriate teams where necessary to ensure their resolution;
Preliminary analysis of the customer complaints;
Keeping up to date with changes in market conduct regulations;
Perform competitor analysis and market research if required;
Draft and keep updated the department policies, procedures and manuals
Participate in internal and external audits
To be responsible for several reporting obligations for CySEC
Requirements:
University/College or other Degree in relevant fields (Finance, Economics, Mathematics or other)
Minimum 1-2 years' experience working in a similar position within the Forex industry
Holder of the CySEC Advanced Certification
Good knowledge of the financial markets
Excellent knowledge on the MT4 and MT5 platform, bridge solutions
Able to work in a fast-pace environment and perform well under pressure
Strong level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
Proficiency in English Language and an additional language would be considered as an advantage
Benefits:
2000-2200 Gross a month plus benefits.
Shifts will be required, working on a 2 week rota, one week morning shift and one week late shift, latest finish 12 midnight.
