Job Description

We are looking for a Personal Assistant / Office Manager to join our company.  

Main Responsibilities:

  • Answers and transfers incoming calls and takes messages for absentee staff or the Management.
  • Welcomes any guests and ensures a comfortable stay at our office;
  • Ensures the smooth running of the reception area.
  • Schedules appointments and is responsible for the calendar meetings of the Senior Management;
  • Undertakes general office duties including filing, receiving / sending parcels and letters, arranges for purchases and replenishment of office material, coffee and drinks and any other items as to be required by the cleaning staff.
  • Takes care of visas and immigration clearance for the expatriate employees as to be required.
  • Responsible for the travel bookings, transfers and any Hotel accommodation arrangements for the Director and any visitors as to be required.
  • Office management Petty cash control.
  • Other projects/duties as to be assigned by the Director.

Required Qualifications
  • Undergraduate Degree or Diploma in business administration, secretarial studies or office Management.
  • Fluent in Greek and English languages both oral and written;
  • Knowledge of Russian language will be considered as an advantage;
  • Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point);
Other Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of prior experience as a receptionist, secretary or office administrator;
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Team-player and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly and polite personality;
