They are currently looking for a motivated and dynamic English Speaking Customer Support Representative  to join their team in Limassol.
Job Responsibilities
- Dealing directly with clientsâ queries over chat system, e-mail and phone
- Answering clientâs requests
- Promoting products and services to clients
- Optimize customersâ satisfaction
- Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet clientâs needs
- Maintaining professionalism at all instances
Requirements
- Fluency in the English language
- Able to work 24/7 shifts on rotation
- Experience preferred but not mandatory
- Attention to details and quality of work
- European citizenship
