Job Description

Our client, a well-established International Corporate Services, Tax Consultancy & Trust Firm, is looking to hire a Receptionist/Secretary for their offices based in Limassol.

The position will be reporting to the Management Team and will be responsible for:

General secretarial duties including the drafting, scanning, coping, typing of all types of letters, preparation of cover letters, correspondence handling and mail/email forwarding, call answering

Filing/e-filing and management of the office filing system/cabinet 

Welcoming guests and clients

Responsible for communicating with the couriers and other external associates

Archiving files and taking them to storage

Organising flight and hotel bookings

Responsible for communicating with the technical operation when any technical computer issues arise

Providing secretarial support to the various departments within the company 

Plus any other secretarial duties that may be required

The ideal candidate will have: 

Relevant Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies

Proven experience as a company secretary or in a similar position with only some legal and corporate governance experience shall be considered an advantage

Fluency in both English and Greek 

Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to execute tasks under pressure - secretarial competence

Excellent computer skills 

Very good interpersonal and time management skills 

Professional and trust worthy individual 

The client is offering a salary of between 1200 - 1300 Euros gross per month x 13 salaries.

The working hours are as follows:

Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 6pm (with 1.5 hour break) 

Thursday 8:30am - 2:30pm
