Our client is a traditional online brokerage company in Limassol looking for a motivated WordPress Developer. On their platform people are able to trade in more than 26 countries and they have access to 120 stocks worldwide. Clients can invest independently in shares, options, etc. The company offers a unique opportunity to participate in the building of a leading participant in a rapidly growing marketplace.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain WordPress websites & plugins using HTML/CSS/JavaScript and PHP
Collaborate with our Design team to find the best way to add new features to our WordPress sites with UI/UX in mind.
Perform continuous testing regarding cross browser compatibility, Google Pagespeed, Google indexing, SEO optimization, UI/UX of website, updating plugins & website software.
Requirements:
Experience with WordPress coding and plugins
Expert knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and PHP
Strong knowledge of JQuery and vanilla.js
Good knowledge of web performance practices
Familiar with SQL and MySQL
Understanding how to write clean and well documented code
Experience of SEO best practices
Familiar with Google Analytics, Facebook and Google Tag manager tracking
Experienced with responsive design techniques
Experience with Divi/Elementor page builder
The working hours are 9am - 6pm, Monday-Friday
