We are actively seeking a talented Senior Flash Developer to join our creative department.

You should love everything about design and have a real desire to create standout digital experiences. You'll be able to take ideas and layouts and turn them into brilliant designs. You'll get to work across all digital channels, collaborating with other Senior Designers and Art Directors participating in all stages of the creative process: concepting to development to deployment.


Core Duties/Responsibilities:
Creating dynamic and scalable Flash applications/websites
Giving creative input regarding enhancements using Flash and related technologies
Participating in all phases of the production cycle 


Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
3+ years of web development experience including HTML/CSS, JavaScript and XML.
3+ years of interactive development in Flash.
Expert level ActionScript programming (AS2 & AS3).
Strong skills in Flash Video.
Good communication skills and ability to work closely with Art Directors / Designers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to work on multiple, concurrent projects.
Experience with Flex/AIR considered a plus.
Experience with AJAX considered a plus.
Have a sense of humor and be able to work in a team.
