Job Description
Vedior-Select Cyprus, on behalf of its client, a local company with operations across Cyprus is the market leader in its industry, is seeking to employ a Design & Product Development individual.
Responsibilities include:
•Design and develop new product designs
•Support all Business Development Managers on specific project briefs
•Provide colour images of product designs to Sales & Marketing people
•Keep records of all product designs and catalogues, databases and back up files
•Support the operations with designs and assembly instructions
•Prepare and control production of prototypes & samples
•Present and discuss samples with sales and marketing people and/or customers
•Keep records of all bill of materials of the sample produced
•Coordinate with Financial department on costing of prototypes and related cost parameters
•Revise and update all designs with actual specifications of produced samples
Required Qualifications
•Designing
•AUTOCAD and/or other designing software programs
•Fluency in Greek & English
Other Requirements
•Coordinate with the Store keeper responsible for keeping all samples in warehouse
•Responsible for identifying the training needs of subordinates and reporting them to his/her Manager
•Provide on the job training to all subordinates
•Any other duties assigned by their immediate superior and/or the company management team
