A large management and corporate services company is looking for a lawyer for their offices in Nicosia. The successful candidate will be expected to undertake a variety of legal advisory work, participate in marketing and business development initiatives and co-operate successfully with other departments, offices and business partners of the company.

Qualifications:

UK law graduate
UK qualified solicitor or barrister will be considered an advantage
Member of Cyprus Bar Association

Skills and Experience:

Excellent knowledge of Cyprus company and commercial law
Firs- rate drafting skills in English and in Greek
Minimum five years of advisory experience in corporate and commercial law with a leading law firm in Cyprus or the UK
Ability to be a self-starter, take responsibility and supervise junior lawyers
Confident interpersonal skills and good experience in client contact
