The Tender Estimator is responsible for the preparation of tenders for interior finishing materials for construction projects (office buildings, hotels, commercial buildings, etc.) with the purpose of assisting the company management to submit client quotations.

Receipt and examination of client BOQs and technical documentation
Contacting suppliers for technical proposal and request for quotation.
The perusal of tender documents and the compiling, in co-ordination with the manager, of queries to be answered by clients.
Keeping contact with existing suppliers
The preparation of Bills of Quantities and pricing thereof.
The setting-up and follow-up of materials enquiries and initial evaluation thereof.
The preliminary updating of pricing libraries.
The setting up of preliminary technical conditions.
The preliminary compiling of offers.
Market research on new materials and suppliers
The filing and storekeeping within the department of compiled offers.
