Advance Career, on behalf of our client, an Accounting firm located in Larnaca, is looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator;Β
Responsibilities:
Preparation of book keeping/accounting records for international and local clients
Registrations with the Tax, VAT and Social Insurance services
End to end processing of clientsβ payroll
Assisting in the preparation and submission of VAT reports
Documentation and filing of accounting transactions in an organised manner
Responsible for the proper and efficient filing of all documents relating to the above procedures.
Secretarial duties
Providing support to all the departments on admin issues
Qualifications:
Preferably two (2) years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
Having a professional qualification will be considered an advantage
An academic background in Accounting or LCCI Higher will be considered an advantage
Good personality with strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team
Attention to detail and strong numerical skills
Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft office
Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written. Good knowledge of the Russian & Arabic language will be considered an advantage
Knowledge of Sofia/Cycom Accounting System will be considered an advantage
