Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
Technical Knowledge & Qualifications:
• Explicit knowledge of FX Fundamental and Technical analysis
• Finance/Economics Bachelor’s degree and, preferably a Master’s degree
• At least 3 years experience in finance and currency trading
• Exceptional written and verbal English language skills, preferably with English as a first language
• Demonstrated writing abilities, style and tone-of-voice
• Experience posting commentary onto social media sites or published work
• Good understanding of how market analysis can assist traders (online interaction)
• Excellent understanding of regulatory bodies (FSA and CySEC as a minimum) in terms of what
can and cannot be written
• Personable and “user friendly”
• Explicit knowledge of FX charting, tools and formulating predictions
• Experience writing for websites will be considered an advantage but not essential
• Experience with video or television will be considered an advantage but not essential
• Previous experience as a Forex Dealer will be considered an advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
The ideal candidate will join a dynamic and fast paced working environment. The candidate will
write daily and weekly market updates to be distributed to clients, social media, portals and relevant
journalists.
They will provide insights and knowledge to traders using leading media outlets in each of the focus
countries and act as FXTM’s brand representative at appropriate opportunities, such as during media
interviews, at conferences and for web-based events. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates
