Job Description
Limassol based Real Estate firm, dealing in land and real estate development seeks an applicant with the following credentials:
Required Qualifications
• Engineering degree at BSc or MSc level
• A minimum of three A-levels (or equivalent exams) with minimum grade B
• Experience in construction / land development field (desirable)
• Capability to perform project financial feasibility studies; calculations on debt and expense feasibility;
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Power Point, Access)
• Fluency in verbal and written English & Greek are essential
• Must be able to work in Limassol
• A minimum of three A-levels (or equivalent exams) with minimum grade B
