Job roles will include but not limited to.
General maintenance works,
Upkeep of residential apartment blocks,
Property maintenance inspections,
Organisation of grounds,
Pool Maintenance (CPO® Training will be provided if required).

Full time salaried position with company vehicle option.

Ideal applicant will have experience and good knowledge of property maintenance including: Plumbing, Damp repair, Painting, Plastering, minor electrical, irrigation, pumping equipment etc. Experience of pool maintenance preferable but not essential as full training and certification is available.


Must have full driving license and live within Larnaca or surrounding areas. Non-EU citizens will be required to provide visas/work permits.
