Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Forex Company in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Compliance Officer;
Responsibilities:
Maintaining the compliance monitoring program
Identifying and rectifying compliance deficiencies
Analysing and following up with regulatory developments, changes in the legislation and market events
Drafting, reviewing, proposing changes in the company’s policies, manuals, procedures
Ensuring implementation of the company's procedures
Assisting the Compliance Officer on any compliance matters
Previous experience in Compliance role in a CIF is required
Familiar with MiFID II, ESMA, EU and Cypriot Financial Services legislation
Fluency in English both verbal and written, fluency in Spanish or German will be considered an advantage
Holder of CySEC Advanced Certificate will be considered as an advantage
Determined to meet strict deadlines and work in challenging fast-paced environment
Good communication skills, friendly and easy-going personality
Strong attention to detail and aspiration for personal and professional growth
