Job Description
Our client a long established contracting and property development group in Cyprus, is looking to hire a property supervisor for its subsidiary company for its Limassol offices :
P R O P E R T Y S U P E R V I S O R
Dutiesinclude:
Overseeing and organizing the maintenance and the day to day running of projects
Dealing with and assisting the tenants and owners of the project
Dealing with and responding to emergencies/complaints
Supervising repairs
Assisting with the rentals/sales division of the company
Requirements:
Very good knowledge of the Greek,Russian and English languages
Experience in a similar position
Ability to use MicrosoftOutlook,Word and Excel
Good communication, clerical and managerial skills
