Job Description

Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a  Forex Company in Limassol, is seeking to recruit an HR/Payroll Officer;

Responsibilities:
Processes company's payroll every pay period.
Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
Handle, Prepare, and administering the full cycle of the Payroll Process.
Distribute and transfer online the wages to employees’ bank accounts and provide them with the necessary documentation (payslips, etc).
Liaise with all relevant professional bodies as such Social Insurances, Taxes, etc.
Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports in accordance with the company’s provided standards and regulations.
Ensure relevance on calculations of salaries, taxation, provident fund, GESY, benefits, etc.
Handle the full cycle of the Onboarding Process (Job offers, Employment agreements, Salary Addendums, etc)
Handle the full cycle of the Offboarding Process (Terminations, Resignations, etc)
Ensure that documentation is always accurate, relevant, and updated.
Assist and resolve employee queries when arise, if any.
Collaborate with the Accounting Department when necessary.
Assist with any other ad-hoc reporting and investigations when necessary.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Human Resources Executives.

Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of previous experience as a Human Resources Officer, Human Resources Administrator, Payroll Officer, or similar experience within the forex industry is mandatory.
Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
Fluent in both English and Greek Languages.
Advanced Excel Skills.
Sage and Bamboo HRIS systems will be considered a strong advantage.
Strong knowledge of Labour legislation and Payroll procedures.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
