Responsibilities:
• To lead, in conjunction with the Board of Directors, the development of the Company’s strategy, and to develop its business in accordance with the strategy
• Responsible for all day-to-day management decisions and for implementing the Company’s long and short term plans
• Maintain in accordance with CySEC the associated regulatory and legal requirements

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in active management role in international online business such as Forex Trading, Binary Option Trading, etc.
• Knowledge of the EU directives
• Knowledge of the Cyprus Companies Law
• Good knowledge of the Investment Firms Law
