SUMMARY
Eltoma Holdings Ltd is seeking to recruit a Financial Services Specialist where the successful candidate will be responsible for developing Financial Services Department, generating sales and managing projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing Financial Services department
1. Understand Cyprus and Singapore Regulatory Authority requirements for setting up Financial Services company.
2. Developing other jurisdictions which are attractive for setting up Financial Service companies.
3. Developing relationship with service providers in various jurisdictions.
4. Marketing services to attract prospective clients through the ECS corporate web site, publications in professional magazines and social media, conducting seminars, etc.
5. Prepare business processed descriptions and ensure that they are followed.
Marketing and Sales
1. Preparing marketing materials for existing products (licenses, etc.).
2. Developing new products following a market trend.
3. Marketing existing and new products on existing and new markets directly and with support of ECS Sales, Marketing and Customer Services departments.
4. Liaison with prospective clients, preparing customized sales agreements with support from a Legal department and closing sales.
5. Meeting annual sales targets for new clients.
6. Ensure that ECS stays with the client and provides after license services.
Managing projects
1. Preparing a project plan with support of service providers.
2. Meeting project deadlines and cost in order to deliver a license to a client on time.
3. Establish good working relationship with a client.
4. Meeting external and internal reporting requirements under a Financial Service company agreement signed with a client.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruit, manage and lead a team of 1 to 2 employees.
2. Conduct quarterly performance management appraisal of staff.
3. Keep building high moral and motivated team.

WORK EXPERIENCE AND PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE
1. Minimum level of experience 5 years in the industry.
2. 1-3 years of managerial experience.
3. Financial Regulatory Framework technical knowledge.
4. Good writing skills and ability to prepare marketing materials.
5. Experience in conducting seminars.
6. Regulatory/Compliance background in EU country will be a distinct advantage.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. University degree.
2. CFA qualification with post qualification experience.
3. EU Regulatory Qualifications.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
1. Strong command in English (spoken or written).
2. Greek or Russian is an advantage.

1. Ability to work under pressure.
2. Team player.
3. Constant professional and personal development.
4. Multitask management skills.
5. People skills.

A shortlist of candidates will be required to complete an assignment during the final interview to assess competency in English and basic accountancy skills.
