Job Description
A leading Forex company, based in Limassol, is currently looking for an IB and Affiliates Manager.

Job Responsibilities
• Dealing with Affiliates & Introducing Brokers (IBs) on an everyday basis.
• Responsible for providing general information to the IBs & Affiliates concerning the company and its services, and assisting them to effectively manage their clients.
• Support with setting targets for partners.
• Contacting new and existing partners in order to ensure that quality service is being upheld.
• Responding to IB/Affiliates’ enquiries and handling their requests.
• Handling overall responsibility for the company's partners.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Business/Economics or other related fields will be considered an advantage
• Fluent English is a must (additional languages are considered a plus).
• Previous working experience in FX/Binary Industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
