Job Description
On behalf of a client who is looking for a Finance Manager for a position in Paphos or/and Limassol. We are looking for someone who is motivated and has a passion for problem solving.
Responsibilities:
1. Heading the organisation's finance department
2. Develop and coordinate the preparation of budgets, program narratives and finance plans;
3. Plan and execute financial analyses and reports including operational and capital budgets, financial statements, statistical reports, cost analyses and other information for management.
4. Provide detailed business analysis through determination of key performance indicators and financial models.
5. Supervise and review period end balance sheet reconciliations for accuracy
6. Develop and retain high performing team and direct reports

Required Qualifications
Candidates should be qualified accountants, degree educated in business discipline, with 7+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation. Excellent communication skills are essential, particularly in regard to presenting the results of analyses to management.
