• Support and registration of client and counterparty transactions, preparation and signing of all necessary documents.
• Reflection of information on deals in the internal databases
• Carrying transactions, monitoring their implementation on time
• Cooperation with clients, service providers and agents.
• Cooperation with colleagues from related departments involved in the process

• University degree in Finance/Economics/Business or similar studies
• Knowledge of the stock and financial markets and registration of various types of transactions.
• Knowledge of calculations of transactions in the international markets.
• Knowledge of SWIFT descriptions
• Special software knowledge for registration of transactions.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding contracts and documents for transactions, understanding of transactions structure.
• Basic knowledge of legislation on financial markets, as well as the requirements of regulatory authorities.
• Knowledge of standard Master agreements

• Desirable two years’ experience in the Financial Sector
• Experience in an investment bank, investment companies or similar institution
• Excellent organisational skills, analytical thinking
• Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
• Fluent in English and Russian
