Job Description:
· Overlook and supervise all departments; sales, marketing, production, financial and administration
· Lead the way with the planning and execution of ongoing and future projects
· Orchestrate campaigns for marketing purposes and liaise with the departments’ managers for their best execution
· Devising mechanisms on how to further improve quality at minimum cost
· Tailor new and innovative sales ideas and supervise their execution
· Maintain and enhance the organization’s good reputation within the market
· Regularly report directly to the organization’s owners
Requirements:
· Minimum 10 years of managerial experience preferably in the retail sector
· Excellent understanding of the production cycle and the logistics required for the product to reach the consumer
· Strong marketing experience within the retail sector and ability to device effective sales plans
· Sound ability of understanding and predicting client preferences
· Ability to read and comment on financial reports
· Ability to liaise with employees at all levels
· Fluent in Greek and English languages
· Computer literate with MS Office Applications
