From this position, your main responsibilities will be (but not limited) as follows:
- · Effective communication between the shareholders and the company
- · Analyze complex situations and determine the best course of action
- · Increase management’s effectiveness by coaching, counseling and disciplining the managers
- · Maintain positive attitude and a pleasant working environment which will promote team work and motivation
- · Ensure of the enforcement and uphold of all corporate policies
- · Develop performance standards and supervise ongoing employee training
- · Regular reporting and suggestions to the company’s shareholders
To apply for this job you must be able to meet the following criteria:
· Previous managerial/directorship experience in a CYSEC regulated Investment Company. (not just in one specific department but multi exposure to all departments)
· Excellent communicating skills and able to liaise with staff at all level
· Very good personal relationship skills
- Firm personality, resembling authority with the ability to effectively pass instructions
