Job description 

A call center that serves one of the leading global forex company and is located in Limassol  is seeking for native  native Chinese speaker for a Tech Support Representative. 

Full-time job: Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone and email to Chinese speaking customers. 
• Working on various systems of the company.
• Communicating with clients through phone and emails for any technical support.
• Answering queries from Clients regarding the company system and its platform.

Requirements 

• Native Chinese Speaker - Must 
• Previous experience in the telephone support/ customer service  - an advantage 
• Windows, Office, Internet - a must 
• Relevant Diploma/bachelor/ master degree 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
