Sales Account Managers (Job Ref: SAM1016)

Maxiflex Global Investments Corp Ltd. a Cyprus Investment Firm licensed and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission is seeking to employ Sales Account managers to join its Forex and Binary Options team in their offices located in Limassol, Cyprus.

The roll will include the following responsibilities:

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  To efficiently handle all outbound calls from sales leads/registrations, and meet agreed personal targets with regards to sales;

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Maintaining contact with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Following up on contacts for future business prospects;

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Building and maintaining a client portfolio;

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Assisting customers who wish to open or are managing a trading account;

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Actively following up on queries and providing feedback to customers in a timely manner;

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Effectively handling the existing client base;

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  To document all prospective enquires, outcomes and follow up on sales opportunities on the client database;

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  To meet goals, sales targets and pre-set activity standards.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  College degree or the equivalent

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  EU working Permit;

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Able to work afternoon, evenings and/or willing to rotate shifts;

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Good communication, presentation and negotiating skills;

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  The ability to work quickly, under pressure and to deadlines;

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills;

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  The ability to work to a high degree of accuracy;

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Computer literate, Good knowledge in Microsoft office applications;

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Good time management;

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Team Player;

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Previous Sales knowledge and experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
