Pangea is seeking a Localization Project Coordinator to join a growing team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Creates project plans and schedules based on client requirements and available resources.
Allocates required project resources (people, tools etc.)
Regularly monitors projects’ schedule, deadline and assess any risks
Coordinate, brief and communicate with translators
Ensures quality and timelines of team's deliveries.
Define and perform language QA procedures
Work with multiple systems and software tools
Ideal candidate must have:
Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
Self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to learn new tools
Advanced MS Office skills (especially excel)
Excellent spoken and written English
Experience with managing outsourced suppliers/partners
Experience with budget tracking, forecasting and reporting
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
Experience in project management
Passion for and understanding of linguistics
Interest in technology and working with new software, file formats, etc.
