Job Description
The successful Candidate must be a UK qualified Legal Consultant/Lawyer with contract drafting experience on commercial/corporate and IP matters. Any experience or exposure to International Tax Planning and Trusts would be considered an advantage
To direct the legal department of the group in Cyprus
To streamline all in-house legal documents to the domestic and international requirements
To draft legal documents for clients affairs
