Required Qualifications
Managing people and internal relations.
Managing product availability.

Previous retail experience will be considered as an advantage.

Prepare a business plan for the store, setting targets and objectives.
Determine and set store staffing costs.
Determine the 'look and feel' and standards of customer service in teh store.
Collect "Commercial Intelligence", information about sales, customer preferences, competitor activity and pass on to the Commercial & Merchandise Manager.
Monitor and take action to the succession needs of the store, in conjunction with the Human Resources Manager.
Provide Coaching to Supervisors and Section managers.
Develop direct and positive relationship with the staff.
Establish and maintain relations with the local community.
