As an Account Manager at kwak you are responsible for selling kwak's payment solutions worldwide and for supporting customers to optimize the success they have with our numbers 

You will work in a small international team in our modern office in Nicosia, reporting directly to our Head of Sales.

Work is done in shifts, which are decided upon directly by the team.

You will get training for your job, but you should have some experience in the telecom industry as well as in sales.

Job descriptions:

·         Promoting and selling the Company products to our customers worldwide

·         Assist customers with general inquiries both online /email/ phone

·         Follow up customer’s complaints and daily report to the manager

·         Assist the team to meet up with daily /monthly and yearly targets

•          At least years previous working experience in a sales or Marketing industry

•          Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

•          Team player and ability to work under pressure and on shifts

•          Very good selling and customer support communication skills

•          Computer literacy and flexible personality.

•          Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese (other languages will be considered as advantage)

•          Holders of a European Passports or Eligible to work and travel within the EU
