TopFX is is an EU Investment Firm, specialising in Asset Management and Prime Services. Due to expansion of our operations, we are seeking to employ a dynamic professional to assume the role of Introducing Brokers Manager

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Constantly grow network of companies’ clients in the field of online trading (forex, precious metals etc.)
• Provide on-going support to the active clients, resolve client issues and questions in a timely manner and in close cooperation with other departments
• Learn company’s platforms and services, be aware of modern trends on financial markets
• Conduct learning to the clients on Company’s platforms and services
• Control performance of existing clients and take actions to improve it
• Participate in industry-related conferences, propose, plan and organize events, advertising and other marketing tools to enrol new clients

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Advantage to existing Introducing Brokers, Consultants, Investment Managers in the field of online trading
• A university degree in Economics, Finance or business administration
• +2 year experience with online trading platforms
• +1 year experience in sales and building client network
• Experience with direct sales companies (Amway , Oriflame, Yofoto, WorldVentures, DreamTrips etc.) is a plus
• Excellent English skills (both oral and written)
• Fluency in Greek
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to guide and teach other people both person-to-person and remotely
• Pro-active, self-motivated and target-oriented
