Our client is an international shipping company in Limassol. They are now looking for a self-employed, experienced and independent Sales Manager Yachting and Cruising with a passion for travel and cruising who can demonstrate:
- Experience in developing and implementing business plans, preparing technical and catering contracts Capability to promote the Company's products and services through on-site sales calls, telephone and written communication
- Success in exceeding sales results in the cruise or yachting industry (management and/or catering contracts with cruise/yacht companies/owners)
- The ability to strategize and plan a territory in order to achieve challenging goals
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with an engaging and impactful presentation style (Dutch is an advantage)
- Self-motivation and discipline with the ability to work in a highly autonomous manner and prioritize workload to have maximum impact
- The ability and willingness to travel frequently across the territory and attend functions on evenings or weekends as required
The contract will be on a commission base. The payment will be on a % basis, after successful signed contracts between the Company and the new Client
