We are looking for a Junior IT support to join our growing IT team based in Limassol, Cyprus.

Job description:

  • Arrange for new hires equipment and /or existing employees’ equipment orders based on the approved budget
  • Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications on the company’s Printers, Personal Computers (PCs), Notebooks and other desktop devices
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems effectiveness and efficiencies
  • Supporting colleagues with problems and issues regarding their IT equipment
  • Troubleshoot desktop system and network problems
  • Diagnose and solve hardware/software faults
  • Replace faulty parts or systems as required
  • Make supervised adjustments to desktop systems software and systems configurations
  • Set up new user accounts / profiles and resolve password issues
  • Test and evaluate new desktop related technology
  • Fully responsible for the Desktop/Laptop Operating system
Required Qualifications
  • University Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Terminal servers
  • Technical knowledge of Office 365, Outlook and basic mailing systems
  • Basic technical knowledge of DNS, DHCP, WINS, TCP/IP, with a basic understanding of VoIP concept
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines on time
